The KC P30 PV-EDITION optimizes the use of self-produced solar power. How? The Wallbox makes all excess power from its own PV system available to the electric vehicle. The house is primarily supplied with energy from the domestic PV system, then the e-car. PV power is only fed into the grid when there is no additional demand. If the PV surplus is too small to only charge with your own solar power, it can still be used - the missing energy then comes from the grid.
The boost function can be activated in the web interface or in the KEBA eMobility app so that the electric vehicle can be charged quickly even without a lot of solar power. Mains power ensures the maximum charging capacity regardless of the weather.
