The Trina Solar Vertex S series modules with an efficiency of over 21%, available in power classes from 415-435 Wp, impress with the new full-rectangular 210mm cells, which are laid as 1/3 split cells in the module. This results in less power loss as the active area of the module has been increased. With this special design for residential and commercial applications, the new Vertex S-Series opens up tremendous potential for further system cost reduction.
The multi-busbars, with the ability to increase light absorption, are a perfect match for the large-area cell. The integration enables the Vertex S-Series modules to achieve higher performance and generate more power per watt. The modules also feature improved low-light performance through cell material optimization.
