novotegra mounting system - quick and easy installation of solar systems
novotegra is the ideal mounting system for every type of roof - allowing solar systems to be installed safely, quickly and reliably on pitched roofs, flat roofs and even façades. Whether large rooftop systems or small projects, novotegra adapts to your requirements.
Efficient planning with Solar-Planit
Our free Solar-Planit planning software enables the precise design of solar systems, taking into account location, wind and snow loads. Solar-Planit provides static approval, yield calculations and a parts list so that you can implement your projects efficiently. The parts list can also be transferred directly to our web store.
Versatile installation options for every roof
Pitched roofs: Whether tiled roofs, gable roofs, corrugated roofs, sandwich roofs, sheet metal seam roofs, trapezoidal sheet metal roofs, bitumen roofs or metal tile roofs - novotegra offers flexible solutions for all common roof types
Flat roof: novotegra ensures penetration-free installation. For special requirements, we offer solutions such as flat roof I “the rock” (especially for gravel roofs), flat roof II “the allrounder” (for maximum flexibility) and simple, virtually tool-free installation with flat roof III “the shortcut” in a modular system with short components. Flat roof III “long side” also offers a solution for extra-large modules. We also have suitable solutions for green roofs.
Facade systems: Facade solutions are becoming increasingly important. With our insertion system for corrugated sheet metal and concrete facades, vertical solar systems can be installed safely and efficiently on facades.
Technical details and additional options for optimum customization
- Rails
The aluminium profiles are available in different lengths as well as black anodized. Due to its high quality and corrosion resistance, the system is particularly durable and stable without unnecessarily increasing the weight.
- Connecting elements
Complete accessories such as screws, clamps, supports, mounting aids and other tools for precise installation.
- Schrägdachsysteme
novotegra offers two flexible system variants for pitched roofs - the clamping system, in which solar modules are firmly fixed to the mounting rails with module clamps, and the insertion system, in which the modules are laid floating and tension-free. Both variants are available as top-fix and side-fix, so that the rails can be installed either from above or from the side. The modules can also be flexibly installed both vertically and horizontally. We also offer Marzari metal roof panels as sheet metal replacement tiles.
- Flat roof systems
Anti-slip coating prevents the system from “creeping”.
novotegra mounting systems stand for safety, reliability and durability - with a 12-year guarantee.
With Solar-Planit and novotegra, you have the ideal solution at hand to realize PV systems efficiently, safely and precisely.
