Product features
The Tesla Backup Gateway 2 serves as the central control unit for Tesla's PV solution.
It is the central connection point for all components of the PV installation.
Energy management is also integrated in the gateway, and consumption and generation monitoring and control are easily possible via Tesla's own app.
The gateway detects power failures, disconnects the system from the grid and automatically switches to backup operation.
An additional single-phase inverter can also be installed directly on the backup gateway for even more power.
