Credit card terminals may only be retrofitted or replaced on the Hypercharger if the following requirements are met:
- Installation must be carried out by a certified installer/maintenance company (completed Hypercharger online training) or an official Alpitronic service partner
After installation, the following information must be sent to Alpitronic via email to [email protected]:
- Serial number of the Hypercharger
- Serial number of the credit card terminal
- Terminal ID
- Photos of the installed credit card terminal (exterior and interior)
- Photo of the credit card terminal’s serial number
- Photos of the wiring of the credit card terminal: from the credit card terminal to the CTRL_EXT and to the CTRL_COM board
Please note that failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the warranty for the entire Hypercharger.
